Chris is an Austin and Albuquerque based designer and overall wizard for theater, events, and installations. He graduated from the University of Texas at Austin with an MFA in Live Entertainment Design in 2021. His undergraduate degree is from Santa Fe University of Art and Design in Santa Fe, NM with a BFA in Technical Theater Design in 2014.
Chris has worked on a variety of projects.
He enjoys dreaming up an idea with collaborators, and then making it a reality.
Chris like to consider himself a jack of all trades.
Unfortunately, he is very bad at documentation.
For the past ten years, He has designed for companies in Austin, Santa Fe, and LA.
Chris serves as the technical director and production designer for the international Performing Arts and Arts Festival: Fusebox, in Austin Texas.
Chris co-founded Interactive Nature Studio in June of 2021, a company that he continues to design and make a wide variety of dope digital/physical work with.
Chris created original devised work with the Frank Wo/Men Collective, a company he co-founded in Austin from 2016-2021.
